The Facebook 500 Likes Giveaway Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all individuals who have “liked” Raymond Nelson Insurance’s official Facebook page and meet the criteria specified in these rules.
The Contest begins 8/22/23 and will end as soon as Raymond Nelson Insurance reaches 500 likes on its official Facebook page.
Participants automatically enter the Contest by “liking” Raymond Nelson Insurance’s official Facebook page during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary.
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will receive a 52 Qt RTIC Ultra-Light Hard Cooler.
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via Facebook private message within 5 days after the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be required to respond within 5 days to claim their prize, providing their full name, contact information, and any additional details as required.
If the winner fails to respond within the specified time or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected at Raymond Nelson Insurance’s discretion.
By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to allow Raymond Nelson Insurance to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.
Raymond Nelson Insurance reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion. The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating, participants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability related to the Contest.
All personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Contest and will not be shared with third parties.
